Pathway to Y.E.S. is a program that helps adults find and keep jobs as well as other services. If you desire full- or part-time employment, we can help. We specialize in job readiness training, job placement, job coaching, and follow-up. We have placed employees in small to mid-sized organizations, and they have proved to be excellent employees. We believe in you and your ability to work.

Pathway to Y.E.S. (Your Educational Success) is a Texas-based agency serving anyone who wants to connect with educational opportunities and those seeking companies searching for the highest level of talent or skills. Our staff works one-on-one with individuals and individuals with disabilities to empower them to reach their goals for employment, education, and independent living. During the past 25 years, our experienced professional staff has made a real difference in the lives of people and businesses by tailoring services to meet their unique needs. Our training and services prepare individuals to find and maintain quality employment that pays a living wage and offers opportunities for advancement. We are pleased to be among the few schools to provide face-to-face, online, and on-the-job support during and after placement.

I have helped hundreds of individuals and those with disabilities to secure gainful employment in positions with companies they love. As CEO and Founder, my greatest fulfillment is being able to assist consumers and their families in gaining meaningful employment. This goal is possible for anyone who desires to find the right employment opportunity. My commitment is to deliver educational training through small classes and web-based technology to anyone who wants to succeed. It is also my goal and that of my staff to assist youth, adults, and families with whole-body wellness, with an emphasis on persons experiencing life transitions that affect sustained employment.
