**Do not consume Sea Moss everyday. Just three times a week is sufficient for the required nutrients. Reason being having too much iodine in the body is not good. Please adhere to the two sources that I mentioned. Bad seamoss sometimes contain heavy metals that is not good for the body. Please check your sources.
